Terms of service

GENERAL
The seller and your contracting partner is Helvetia and Sons, represented by Librarium GmbH, CH-8005 Zurich, UID: CHE-100.248.167. (hereinafter “Helvetia and Sons” or “we”). Orders placed by you via the website www.helvetiasons.com, are governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions of Business set out below, as applicable at the time the order is placed. All legal disputes arising out of or in connection with a purchase contract shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. The jurisdiction is Zurich. 

ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
You place an online order in the shop. The order is binding when you have agreed to the terms and conditions and have pressed the BUY button. This creates a legally valid purchase contract. After receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
After confirming your order, we will send you the ordered products, (all of them) nicely packed, to the delivery address indicated by you.

If an ordered product is inadvertently not available, we will inform you immediately, we will offer you an alternative or refund you the amount due.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier or customs clearance.

PRICES
Orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
Our prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF)  and as indicated inclusive Swiss VAT rate of 7.7%.

The prices in the online shop can be converted for your reference to various currencies at the current exchange rate using the currency button but will be invoiced in Swiss Francs (CHF).

PAYMENT
Online payment with Mastercard, Visa, Shopify Pay.

RETURN
If for any reason you do not wish to keep the product, you can return the product within 10 days of the delivery date.

RECLAMATIONS
We have prepared and shipped your order with the utmost care and attention. However, if something is wrong with your order or the product, please contact us within three days from the date you received your purchase. Please include as many details as possible in your email, including your order number as well as some pictures in case there is something wrong with one of the products. We will do our very best to solve the issue quickly.
