Economy shipping within Switzerland takes 2-5 working days.
Priority shipping within Switzerland takes 1-3 working days.

For those shopping from other countries or regions, we'll be happy to discuss possible shipping solutions with you. Just drop us a line at hello@helvetiasons.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. No need to worry: so far, we’ve always found ways to get our beautiful Swiss products to our customers across the globe! Import duties, which must be borne by the recipient, may be incurred depending on the country and volume. For shipments outside Europe, the cheapest shipping option will always be chosen, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

We aim to deliver your orders as soon as we can. For items currently available within our shop, please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery. For pre-ordered products, we seek to deliver within the best possible timeline and will give frequent updates as to the status of your order.

In the rare instance that items are oversold on purchase online, we will advise you through email regarding the pending availability of these items. Note that the estimated delivery time may be as long as two weeks.
