While all sales are final, please note that you may return products that you find unsatisfactory within 10 days from the date of delivery. Kindly note that you will need to arrange for the return of the items to us:
- Please be aware that the shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely at your expense. Customs duties, import sales taxes and handling charges will not be refunded if the goods are returned.
- All products must be returned in original packaging and with the original hangtags. We will not accept any product(s) that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way. Product(s) that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expense.
- We recommend sending your return with traceable mail, so please keep your track and trace receipt to track your order. We have no information on your return while it is on its way to us. Shipping costs for returning are the responsibility of the customer. Lost packages will not be refunded.Â
In case you find an item missing from your delivery, receive a damaged item, or have other concerns, please email us with your concerns and the order number at hello@helvetiasons.com within three days from the date you received your purchase.
